Experience
Elizabeth joined Brown & Carlson as an associate attorney in 2010, focusing her practice primarily in the area of workers’ compensation defense and workers’ compensation appeals. She has argued cases before the W.C.C.A. and the Minnesota Supreme Court. In addition to workers’ compensation defense, she has experience in the areas of elder law, health law and bioethics. She was also a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Terri Stoneburner of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Before law school, Elizabeth worked in the field of education at the high school and university levels. In her free time, Elizabeth is an avid reader and enjoys gardening, theater, movies and keeping up with her active daughter.
