Dick joined Brown & Carlson in 2017. Dick’s practice includes the area of workers’ compensation defense, including advising and educating employers, insurers, third-party administrators as to their rights and obligations under the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Act, with a focus on preventing and minimizing claims. He has represented parties before the Department of Labor & Industry, Office of Administrative Hearings, Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals, and Minnesota Supreme Court. Outside the office, Dick enjoys traveling, fishing and bird watching at his lake cabin.
