Ms. Frescoln received her undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College and her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2019. Prior to attending law school, Ashley worked for SFM Mutual Insurance Company as a workers’ compensation Claims Representative and a Special Investigations Representative in their fraud department. During law school, she represented immigrants in asylum cases through the University of St. Thomas Immigration Clinic and won two of these cases. In 2017, Ashley took a position as a law clerk with Brown & Carlson where she worked for two years until she accepted a position as Associate Attorney in 2019. She practices in the area of workers’ compensation defense. Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, and checking out new Twin Cities restaurants.
