Experience
Mark is a Shareholder of the firm. Mark has first-chaired numerous jury trials and has handled appeals to the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court. Mark’s litigation experience spans a broad range of practice areas. In addition to providing litigation expertise to his clients, Mark also provides general legal advice regarding many civil issues, such as insurance coverage opinions and general insurance coverage information. Mark also serves as a civil mediator and no-fault arbitrator. He is admitted to practice in both Minnesota and Federal Courts. Mark is a frequent lecturer at seminars designed to provide support and education to his clients. In his spare time, Mark enjoys golf, hockey, biking and music.
