Experience
Eric also works with employers to create a strategy to effectively address any employment law litigation issue, including discrimination, harassment, breach of contract and wrongful discharge. He also assists employers avoid problems by implementing policies and procedures designed to avoid costly litigation. If litigation cannot be avoided, Eric works closely with our clients throughout the entire litigation process, to protect their interests and help them achieve their goals. Eric represents companies of all sizes ranging from small start-up companies to large multi-national organizations.
Eric is proactive and creative in his approach to addressing our clients’ needs. While a zealous advocate when needed, he focuses on common-sense solutions. He actively gets to know his clients and their business needs, so that he can best help them achieve their goals. He regularly provides seminars on emerging and critical topics in an effort to help his clients avoid risk and develop best-practices.
In his spare time, Eric enjoys running, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
